- A Graham client pleaded guilty to Armed Robbery, Aggravated Fleeing or Attempting to Elude an Officer, Possession of More Than 20 Grams of Cannabis, and Resisting Arrest Without Violence and was sentenced as a Youthful Offender to four years followed by four years of probation with credit for time served (Duval County, Florida, 2024);


- A Graham client pleaded guilty to Attempted First Degree Murder, Armed Robbery, and two counts of Armed Burglary and sentenced to seven years followed by five years of probation with credit for time served (approximately two years) (Hillsborough County, Florida, 2023);


- An Atwell client paroled after serving nearly 31 years for First-Degree Murder (Polk County, Florida, 2023); 


- A client pleaded guilty to Attempted Sexual Assault by a Person 18 years of Age or Older on a Victim Less Than 12 Years of Age and Attempted Lewd and Lascivious Behavior by a Person 18 years of Age or Older on a Victim Less Than 12 Years of Age and sentenced to 15 years followed by 15 years of Sex Offender Probation (Duval County, Florida, 2023);


- A Graham client pleaded no contest to Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, Armed Burglary, Burglary, and Possession of a Firearm by a Delinquent and sentenced as a Youthful Offender to five years followed by one year of probation with credit for time served (approximately 2.5 years) (Leon County, Florida, 2023);


- A client's First-Degree Murder convictions overturned following an evidentiary hearing (Marion County, Oregon, 2023);


- A client pleaded guilty to Second-Degree Murder and sentenced to 12 years with credit for time served (approximately six years) (Hillsborough County, Florida, 2023);

- A Miller client resentenced from LWOP to 27 years for First-Degree Murder (Lake County, Florida, 2016); 

- A Graham client sentenced as a Youthful Offender to six years for two counts of Armed Burglary, one count of Armed Robbery, one count of Possession of an Illegal Weapon, one count of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, one count of Burglary, and one count of Grand Theft ($300 - $5,000) (Polk County, Florida, 2015); 

- A client acquitted of First-Degree Felony Murder and Armed Robbery after a jury trial (Manatee County, Florida, 2010); 

- A client's battery charges dropped after the jury was selected (Manatee County, Florida, 2005); 

- Over 30 capital clients who received death waivers before trial (Federal Court, Circuit Courts throughout Florida, and State Courts outside of Florida, 2000 - Present); and
